      Policy of Refund Deposit
      • 100% 환불 (100% Refund)
        사용일로부터 2주전까지 취소할때
        Canceled by 2 weeks before starting date.
      • 50% 환불 (50% Refund)
        사용일로부터 1주전까지 취소할때
        Canceled by 1 week before starting date.
      • 0% 환불 (0% Refund)
        사용일로부터 1주이내에 취소할때
        Canceled by less than 1 week before starting date.

    • 사용료 조정 규정 (Policy of Cost Adjustment)
      최종확인 예약인원과 실제 참석인원에 차이가 있을때
      When there is a different number of people in between reserved and actual counted.
      사용료 조정 적용 (Apply adjusted cost)
      예약인원의 10%이상 차이가 날때 시설사용료에만 적용 (식사비에는 적용 안됨)
      When there is more than 10% difference of reserved number. It will be applied to accommodation cost only. (not to meal cost)
      특별할인 혜택 규정 (Policy of Special Discount)
      수양관 서밋의 승인이 있을때
